Wedding Planner Form  (Booked Couples Only)

Thank you for booking with us. The next step is to provide the DJ all of your wedding details. This will take at least 20 mins to an hour and possibly longer depending on your song choices and timeline details.

IMPORTANT! After you complete the Wedding Planner Form, please email Bobby or the DJ will have no way of telling you have it done. Once the info is sent to our email and we arrange it all in software and a timeline, we can schedule a time to review the details with you.
